In order for us to process all support requests quickly and efficiently for our clients, we request that all support and maintenance requests are sent to our Support Department.

You can contact the support department by sending an email to support@avelient.com or by opening a support ticket (see above navigation). 

Of course, some updates are a bit more complicated so the phone is always an option for our customers when needed.

How to Format a Support Request 

Most support requests are very similar, and typically are just maintenance requests for changes to certain pages in a website. We recommend including the following information in the email, so that we can process the update as quickly as possible.

  • Your name
  • Best way to contact you (Phone, email)
  • Link to the page where you want changes made
  • List of changes that you want made to that page
Remember, the best way to keep maintenance costs low, is to be as detailed as possible so that our staff can easily understand the changes. What makes sense to you, is not always as clear to someone who is not as involved with your project.
